UPDATE: Beginning March 1st 2022, there will be a fee to give onsite estimates
For estimates done within a 25 mile radius of our shop the fee is $50.00
For estimates done within a 26 - 50 mile radius of our shop the fee is $100.00
We do not travel more than 1 Hour from the shop for work at this time.
That's a range from Portland to Waterville and Damariscotta to Bethel, Me.
If you end up hiring us to do the work, we will deduct the fee from the job price.

STAMPED CONCRETE - Patios, walks, pool decks
Most all my stamped concrete projects are $20 - $25 per square foot.
This includes:
4" thick concrete
1 color added to the concrete and 1 release color for the surface
1 stamp pattern that we have available
Labor to do the forming, pouring, and stamping
Wire mesh reinforcement and fiber mesh reinforcement
Concrete sealer
Sawed joints
NOT INCLUDED:
Any gravel work or site prep. (You have to get someone to do this)
Borders and/or other special requests
Styrofoam under the slab
Rebar mat
Note: Any projects under 300 sq. ft. may be subject to a minimum price.
If a pump truck or power buggy is needed to pour the concrete, there will be an added charge for that.
BROOM FINISH - Patios, walkways, pool decks
Most all my broom finish projects are $12.00 per square foot
Price includes:
4" thick concrete
Wire mesh and fiber mesh reinforcement
Forming, pouring, and broom finish
Sawed or hand tooled joints
NOT INCLUDED:
Site prep and gravel work (done by others)
Note: If you need a concrete coping for your pool deck, this will be an added charge.
If a pump truck or power buggy is needed to pour the concrete, this will be an added charge.
CONCRETE SLABS: For houses, garages, and sheds
My basic pricing for monolithic slabs is $12.00 per square foot.
That Includes:
6" thick concrete with edges thickened another 6" (12" total for edges)
Wire mesh reinforcement in slab and 2 rows rebar for edges
Labor to form with 2x12's, 2x10's, 2x8's, or 2x6's
Labor to pour and smooth trowel finish
Sawed contraction joints
Anchor bolts if you want them
NOT INCLUDED:
Site prep and gravel work (done by others)
2" Styrofoam under the slab (add $3.00 per sq ft if you need this)
Concrete Sealer (add $1.00 per sq ft if you want this)
Pump truck or power buggy to pour if needed will be an extra charge.
Slabs under 400 sq. ft. will be priced at a minimum charge or at least $4500.00
CONCRETE FLOORS FOR HOUSES AND GARAGES - Inside a foundation or frost wall
My basic price for a 4" thick concrete floor is $7.00 per square foot.
That includes:
4" thick concrete that's 3000 psi
Fibermesh reinforcement
Labor to pour and smooth trowel finish the concrete floor
Sawed contraction joints
Not included:
Any site work or gravel prep/grading
2" styrofoam under the floor (add $3.00 per sq ft if I provide and install)
6 mil vapor barrier under the floor (add $.50 per sq ft if I provide and install)
15 mil Stego Wrap vapor barrier (add $1.00 per sq ft if I provide and install)
Floor drain cap (add $50.00 if I provide and install) small pvc one.
Isolation strip foam perimeter (add $1.50 per lineal foot if I provide and install)
Pump truck, Conveyor truck, or power buggy for access (price to be determined by job)
EPOXY FLAKE GARAGE FLOOR COATINGS
My basic pricing to install an epoxy flake coating is $8.50 per square foot
That includes:
Lightly grind the floor to prep and clean
Apply a colored base coating of epoxy
Broadcast flake into the base coat (color of flake determined by you)
Apply clear polyaspartic top coating
NOTE: If any repair is needed to the concrete floor this could add an extra charge based on how much repair is needed.
If your floor has a moisture issue, I don't recommend an epoxy floor coating. A breathable concrete sealer may be a better solution.
Smaller floors less than 500 SQ FT will have a minimum charge to be determined.
Special order flake, (not in our stock) will add an additional $1 to $2 dollars per SQ FT to the total price.
Any project over 30 minutes from our home location may add an extra charge based on actual distance away from our shop.
CONCRETE REPAIR PROJECTS
All repair projects usually require a site visit to price accurately.
Sometimes a picture can be sent via email to speed up the pricing.
We repair concrete cracks and spalling, resurface concrete patios, walks and pool decks, repair salt damaged garage floors, and much more.
NOTE: Any and all prices are subject to change based on a site visit or after more information is provided about a project.
